Frequently Asked Questions
q: I can’t access the stream. It won’t work!
a: You may not have the latest versions of the
critical software needed to access the online media.
Always check your system for the latest updates
available for Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.

IE and Windows Operating System updates, patches and fixes.

q: I have all of the latest and greatest updates… it still won’t work!
a: Check all of the suggestions below:
1. Please make sure and use only Internet Explorer
to access the online player.
If you use an AOL browser, a browser with frames like Hotmail,
or any other specialized/altered browser,
you may not be able to get the online player to work properly.
Just make sure and open a new window of
Internet Explorer before you try to
open the player and/or website.
2. Make sure you don't have a pop-up blocker on your system.
This will prevent the login screen and player from opening.
if you do have a pop-up blocker on your system,
either temporarily disable it or hold down the "ctrl" key while
clicking to open the login screen or player
If the "ctrl" key doesn't work,
consult the directions found in your pop-up blocker "read me" file.
Make sure you don't have a FunWebProducts application
installed on your system.
It will prevent your player from working.
3. Check your internet connection speed,
it might be extremely slow at the time you
tried to access the player.
This can cause the media to "never" play
(actually, it is constantly buffering).
If you are using a dial-up connection (modem),
you will usually get varying connection speeds.
Often, the speed is much slower than your
28k or 56k modem is capable of producing.
We recommend calling your 'ISP' (internet service provider)
to inquire about alternate dial-in numbers.
Hopefully, they will have several numbers with which
to get a better connect speed.

Common Problems:
If the player does not open when you click to listen, it usually means one of two things: (1) Your popup stopper needs to be adjusted to allow a window to open on this page or (2) Javascript is disabled in your browser settings.
Some companies block streaming broadcasts. If the streaming player opens but you cannot connect at work, check with your network administrator.
If you always get "Error. Please try to re-connect" and you are not blocked by your company, it usually indicates problem with your setup. First, try installing the latest version of Windows Media Player. It is a free download by clicking the Media Player logo above.
Buffering, dropouts, lost connections: Many things can cause you to lose the stream. A slow computer, not enough memory or even running several programs at once can make your PC lose the connection. If you tend to hear a lot of hard drive activity when using your PC, that's usually a sign that you need more memory.
Windows Media Player 6.4 or higher is required. If you have Windows, you probably already have it. If you would like the newer version or need to reinstall, click the Media Player button above to download a free copy. Many times, problems can be fixed by installing the latest version.
